CHOCOLATE BOOK TAG
So, I have been tagged by Miguel from The Quirky Reader to do this mouthwatering blog tag. Thank you Miguel!
So the directions are simple. You just have to think of books you can associate with different types of chocolates, and then tag 5 people! Easy right? Let’s start!
Starstruck by Nicole Ciacchella would be my pick for dark chocolate. The emotional abuse the main character experienced here really got to me. I wanted to suckerpunch the guy who abused her.
I’ve Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella. I read this last year, but I still can’t forget how this book made me laugh and swoon. Everything was just sooo cute! How they met, how they became friends, how they fell for each other, even their stupid moments.
The Art of Lainey by Paula Stokes. I have been seeing this everywhere, Tumblr, Twitter, and of course, blogs. Those who were lucky to receive, and read arcs have been raving about this book, and I can’t wait for the release date to come!
This Girl by Colleen Hoover. Honestly, I want to put the whole series here, but the direction said, “name a book”, so unfortunately I have to discipline myself and just post one. What’s more gooey than seeing your OTP discuss past events during their honeymoon???
Wafer Free Kit Kat – Name a book that surprised you lately.
Allegiant by Veronica Roth. I think the right word would be shocked, and not surprised. Everyone who have already read this book, or even those who have read spoilers will know what shocking event happened in this book. I believe the most common reaction was, “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” Agree?
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. I cried bawled a lot on this book, and now I can’t wait for the movie to come out! I don’t care if this dries out my tear ducts, but I will never get tired of this book.
Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson. This was a refreshing and fun book to read. It was nice that it was almost like a scrapbook, and this helped me get over a book slump.
Box of Chocolates – What series have you read that you feel has a wide variety and a little something for everyone?
Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling. I grew up with this book, and anyone who still hasn’t read this should get on it asap!
